Getting Started

Here’s how to get started on your journey at HCA:

1. Call our office (863.385.3850) and schedule an educational consultation. This is a one-on-one meeting with the Director to talk about your child’s specific goals and needs. You can ask questions about our school and tour the campus.  

2. Complete an application. Stop by our office to get a New Student Application.  You will be required to submit some additional documents (grade reports, recommendation forms, test results), so you’ll want to allow some time to gather these items.

3. Apply for Financial Aid (if needed). Click for an application.

4. Await for your acceptance letter.  Letters are sent in late April for early enrollment and before June 1 for standard enrollment.  

5. Attend New Family Orientation – look for details in the mail.

6. Attend “Meet the Teacher Day” before school begins – look for details in the mail.
